Solution. Book any of 400+ tests in the app, a certified phlebotomist collects the sample at home, and digital reports arrive with plain-Urdu explanations of results.
Model. 15–22% commission from partner labs plus a PKR 300 home collection fee. Corporate wellness packages for offices launched in 2025.
Market. 2.3M residents of Islamabad and Rawalpindi; 60,000+ diagnostic tests performed daily in the twin cities.
Competition. Lab walk-ins and two national aggregator apps with thin coverage here. We own the phlebotomist network locally.
