Job-ready IT bootcamps in Lahore with income-share agreements and an 81% placement rate.

The business

Problem. Pakistan produces 25,000 CS graduates a year but companies still can't hire — degrees don't teach the stack employers actually use.

Solution. 16-week full-time bootcamps in web development and QA, taught by working engineers, paid via income-share after the graduate lands a job above PKR 60k/month.

Model. Income-share agreements of 12% of salary for 18 months, capped at PKR 350,000. Upfront-fee track for self-funded students is 30% of enrolment.

Market. Fresh graduates and career-switchers 20–28; roughly 400,000 people enter this pool annually.

Competition. Short-course academies with no placement accountability. Our incentive alignment is the difference.
